How does Powdr connect to my Airbnb?
Via Airbnb's official API — the same way apps like Hospitable and Guesty work. You authorize the connection in one click. No passwords shared, fully revocable.
Can I customize the guest messages?
Yes. During onboarding you review and edit all 5 message templates. Powdr only sends what you approve. You can update templates at any time from your dashboard.
What if the AI says something wrong to a guest?
Powdr only sends pre-approved template messages — no free-form AI generation goes to guests without your sign-off. You're always in control of what gets sent.
I only have one cabin. Is it worth it?
Yes. A single powder-day rate increase of $50–150 more than covers the monthly cost. Hosts with one cabin often see the fastest ROI because they were the most manually stretched.
How do I add my cleaners?
In onboarding (step 2), you add your cleaner's name and email. Powdr emails them automatically after each checkout with date, address, and notes. If they don't reply, you get alerted.
What happens during the 14-day trial?
Full access to everything. No credit card required to start. At day 14 you decide whether to subscribe at $49/mo. If you skip, your account pauses — your data stays safe.
